LifeTies, Inc is a private, not-for-profit that operates four programs; three of which are residential. We work with troubled teens, young adults living with HIV/AIDS, Lupus, or Diabetes, and aging-out youth. The Advanced Practitioner Nurse must have:&nbs= p; completed all of the requirements for licensing and be licensed; two years appropriate experience working with medically fragile, HIV/AIDS infec= ted youth and diabetic populations; have a valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background check. The Advanced Practitioner Nurse reports directly to the Program Director.
